Grown in the local Hatch Valley of New Mexico, there is no other pepper like New Mexico's Hatch Chili. Despite its mild heat, its complex flavor just doesn't get any better. Their long, thin-fleshed pods have an earthy, slightly smoky flavor with subtle notes of fruit. The chilies can be used to make enchiladas, tamales, put in burgers, stew, rice and beans, etc. The hatch chilis we offer at SOS Chefs present a very rare form along with a premium quality.
